As of Feb. 20, Health Share of Oregon members in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties will receive a new Health Share member ID card in the mail and begin bringing it to their appointments.
What does this mean for you? You can confirm eligibility as you have always done. The Oregon Health Plan benefit package has not changed. Members keep the same provider. Your patients will still come see you as scheduled; billing will continue through the current managed care plans; referrals will be honored; and scheduled procedures will take place.
