We appreciate your patience during our 5010 implementation. Providence Health Plans is now processing 5010 claims (837s) in a more timely manner after initial problems were resolved and as trading partners and vendors work through issues.
We still are experiencing delays with our 835 remit advices and are working diligently to resolve this issue. Please be assured that there is no impact to payments, which continue to be processed through electronic funds transfer or check. Explanation of Payment (EOP) reports are available to providers via ProvLink or U.S. mail.
We will continue to post updates to ProvLink regarding the status of remit batches. To check the status of a claim that is unavailable on ProvLink, please contact your designated Provider Relations representative.
