In addition to health education classes, Providence Health & Services offers a variety of lectures, health screenings, support groups and more.
How to enroll
To enroll in a class, please contact the Providence Resource Line at 503-574-6595 or 800-562-8964 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday (Pacific time).
Reimbursement may be available for classes taken through participating facilities. To receive reimbursement, you must fill out and submit the reimbursement form (PDF).
