Over-the-counter (OTC) items for your health needs
Your health and wellbeing are important to us. Many of our Medicare Advantage plans include funds to spend on over-the-counter items.
Funds are loaded to your flexible benefit card each quarter (Jan 1, April 1, July 1, and Oct 1). They can be used for wellness related OTC items. Purchase eligible goods at approved stores like Walgreens, Fred Meyer, QFC, CVS, Walmart, Safeway, Albertsons, Rite Aid, Kroger, and Dollar General. You can also order OTC items by phone, web, or mail with no shipping costs.

Access your benefits with the OTC Network app
You can check the balance of your OTC funds. You can also use the barcode scan function to find eligible items and make sure you have enough funds to cover them. To get the OTC Network app, go to the App Store or Google Play, search for "OTC Network" and download it to your device.
Tips for using your card:
- 1. Activate your card at MyBenefitsCenter.com
- You will need the number printed on the front of the card and your date of birth (MMDDYYYY)
- Once you activate your card you will be able to view more information about your specific benefits and check your card balance at MyBenefitsCenter.com
- 2. Use your card just as you would use a credit or debit card
- 3. View retail locations and items you can purchase at MyBenefitsCenter.com

- Choice + Rx (HMO-POS) – Not available on this plan
- Cottonwood + Rx (HMO-POS) - $70 quarterly
- Dual Plus (HMO D-SNP) - $400 quarterly (also eligible to purchase grocery and healthy foods)
- Extra + Rx (HMO) - $195 quarterly
- Focus Medical (HMO) - $75 quarterly
- Pine + Rx (HMO) - $40 quarterly
- Prime + Rx (HMO) – Not available on this plan
- Reverence Medical (HMO-POS) - $75 monthly
- Sycamore + Rx (HMO) - $150 quarterly
- Timber +Rx (HMO) - $40 quarterly
Medicare Advantage group plans that have OTC:
- Align Discover + Rx (HMO) - $75 quarterly
- Align Explore + Rx (HMO) - $175 quarterly
- Discover (HMO-POS) - $75 quarterly
- Explore + Rx (HMO-POS) - $175 quarterly
