My Advocate® connects Providence Medicare Advantage Plans members to additional healthcare savings through a variety of government and community programs such as Medicare Savings Programs (MSPs), Extra Help (Low Income Subsidy) and others. My Advocate has been helping members achieve healthy living within their financial means for 17 years. This service is provided at no cost to Providence Medicare Advantage Plans members.

How can My Advocate help me?

Through one-on-one phone calls, letters and online tools, My Advocate provides information on various government and community programs. If it appears you may qualify for a program, a professional Advocate will assist you through the application process. They keep open and trusted relationships with members and government agencies alike. Some of the programs and services My Advocate can help you apply for and enroll in include:

  • Prescription drug discounts
  • Assistance with utility bills
  • Home repair
  • Caregiver services
