Health care reform: 2014 and beyond

While many of the provisions included in the Affordable Care Act, also known as the ACA, apply to all Americans, others are specific to individuals and families, small businesses or large businesses. Additionally, when and how the provisions take effect also can differ based on how health care coverage is purchased.
