When you have chronic back pain, even the simplest activity — such as bending over to pick up something off the floor, getting out of bed or folding laundry — can hurt. You may find yourself in a self-perpetuating cycle: your pain causes you to move less, which in turn leads to stiffness and muscle weakness, which in turn causes more pain, which then restricts movement. In the end, the things you think you're doing to provide relief end up causing more distress.
Life is too short to live in discomfort, which is why we believe in finding what works best to alleviate your low back pain. We have great resources available to you, whether your prefer acupuncture or physical therapy.
When you break the cycle, you put pain in its place and can get back in the saddle of life.
