Oatmeal

What you need:

  • 1 packet plain instant oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 10 almonds
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • Cinnamon

What you do:

  1. Following the directions on the package, add water to the oatmeal and microwave.
  2. Add flaxseed, almonds and frozen blueberries.
  3. Add a dash of cinnamon.

What you get:

267 calories, 1.2 g saturated fat, 0 cholesterol, 77 mg sodium, 9.2 g fiber
