What you need:
- 1 packet plain instant oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 10 almonds
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
What you do:
- Following the directions on the package, add water to the oatmeal and microwave.
- Add flaxseed, almonds and frozen blueberries.
- Add a dash of cinnamon.
