Honey grilled salmon
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 4-ounce salmon filets
- Preheat broiler.
- Combine paprika, chili powder, garlic powder and cumin. Stir in honey to form a syrup.
- Using your fingers, spread the syrup gently over the salmon. Place foil over oven-safe pan and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Place salmon on foil, and broil for five to seven minutes, depending on thickness, until fish flakes easily off the fork.
Per serving: 213 calories, 24 g protein, 6 g carbohydrate, 10 g fat, 2 g saturated fat, 5 g monounsaturated fat, 70 mg cholesterol, 1 g fiber, 61 mg sodium
