Who doesn't love to eat at the holidays? From cultural favorites to new dishes sure to become a family tradition, we celebrate our blessings with food. But for those of us who cannot eat with impunity, the celebration of those blessings becomes a curse in the form of a bulging waistline.
The holidays are a ridiculous time to have to practice portion control, balanced eating and moderation, but if you can find a way to do it, even half the time, you may come out the other side with your pride — and your pants — intact.
