Get fit

‚ÄčGetting your move on is not a one-size-fits-all thing. Some of us move and groove more than others, but the important thing is that we all find ways to fit some kind of physical activity into our day. The health benefits of being less sedentary and more physically engaged with your day are compelling: you decrease your risk for high cholesterol, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, obesity and chronic disease, and you improve cognition and bone health. And if none of that moves you, consider the happy factor: when you get physical, you feel better in the moment - less stressed and more energetic. Your heart rate kicks up a notch, your endorphins get going, and you get a boost of good feeling. There's joy to be had, whether it's dancing with your kids in the living room or training for a 5K, mowing the lawn or taking a walk. We're excited to share with you so many ways to get your move on and to have fun doing it.
