We offer 36 plans with a range of networks and multiple option arrangements to enable employee choice, cost transparency and engagement in the purchasing process. Supplemental administrative services are also available.

Total Enhanced

With the most robust level of coverage, our Total Enhanced plans offer employees best-in-class benefits with full access to the Providence Signature Network for the ultimate flexibility.

Our Balance plans offer a harmonious mix of cost-saving features and coverage for the services your employees use the most. 

HSA Qualified

These lower-premium, high deductible plans combine health coverage with the ability to save pre-tax dollars to pay for future health care expenses.


With the Canopy plan members receive a defined health benefit to use for many common health care needs, from PCP to alternative care visits to urgent care, all covered in full – no out-of-pocket costs – up to $1,000. For other health care needs or once a member reaches $1,000 in eligible health care services, standard insurance coverage applies and services are covered after the deductible and coinsurance.


Using a member-selected medical home, Connect plans provide a collaborative and flexible approach to meet a wide range of health and wellness needs for members in the Portland metropolitan area.


Defined by the state of Oregon, Standard plans can be purchased through SHOP or in the private market.


Providence has four dental plans to meet employees’ needs and your budget.

Providence has developed specific provider networks that align and support the objectives of each plan.
