With a Core Advantages plan, members enjoy robust benefits and first-dollar coverage for certain preventive and frequently used services, while offering some upfront premium savings. Members have full access to the national Providence Signature Network with the flexibility to see in- and out-of-network providers.

  • In-network deductible waived for many services, including office visits, health exams, urgent care, diagnostic services, women’s health services, routine immunization and maternity prenatal care
  • In-network X-ray and lab services covered in full for the first $500 in a calendar year
  • Cost-sharing differential for services provided by specialists versus personal physician/provider, meaning out of pocket costs are higher for specialist keeping premiums manageable
  • Deductible applied to out-of-pocket maximum
  • Includes coverage for Providence Express Care Virtual, our Web-based health care service offering convenient video visits with your care provider on your smartphone, tablet or computer without an appointment
